His corporate management experience has been with Ford Motor Co, (GTE) now Verizon, and Steelcase Inc, the largest Office Furniture Manufacturer. In these companies he was responsible for the people side of the businesses to maximize productivity and profitability. At Steelcase his function was instrumental in Co growth from a $2 billion to $4 billion.
Since leaving a successful career in 2001, serving in large corporate environments he has been working with entrepreneurs. Served as VP of Advanced Online Strategies, LLC which is a premier web design and search engine marketing firm.
He founded the AGNI Land Group, Inc.; a Real Estate Investment corporation, buying and selling residential and resort properties in multiple States.
Larry has 20 plus years of extensive coaching, counseling and career development expertise, impacting professionals, company executives and entrepreneurs helping them to attain high levels of success.
Larry has a wide range of experience generating profitability in multiple industries such as Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Internet Marketing and the Stock Market.
His educational background includes a BS degree in Business Management and a Masters degree in Psychology and Counseling from Western Michigan University.
As a Certified Seminar Leader, Success Coach, Motivator, and Team Builder and Thought Leader, Larry fulfills his entrepreneurial drive through offering career building services and programs that enriches the lives of others.
